What you’ll do:
Support the Alliance & Sales Director to develop client pitches and market ElfieWorks to clients, with a specific focus on understanding the clients’ needs and designing marketing collateral to ensure the execution of ElfieWorks is successful.
Working in conjunction with WTW, develop programs and activities to bring ElfieWorks alive. This includes: development of well-being campaigns and challenges that highlight the unique propositions and features of ElfieWorks, creation of marketing collateral (e.g. emails, brochures, presentations, social media posts, blogs)
Collaborate with elfie’s internal (Product, and other relevant) teams to embed the well-being campaigns and challenges within the ElfieWorks platform. This involves careful planning of resources and working closely with the elfie team to bring ideas to fruition, problem solving along the way.
Support the Alliance & Sales Director, WTW team and clients to create and develop rewards solutions that optimises the activation and engagement rate of ElfieWorks.
Operate as the day-to-day client contact to launch and manage ElfieWorks.
Run well-being activities (virtual and in-person), campaigns and events that promotes the use of ElfieWorks throughout the year.
Create and maintain reports, presentations, and campaign materials in English and/or Mandarin or Cantonese, highlighting progress, challenges, and growth opportunities.
Conduct regular meetings with partners and clients, including WTW and ElfieWorks, to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes for strategic planning.
What you’ll need:
Experience in corporate digital health solution roll-out and management.
BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing. A background in marketing, fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), retail, health benefits, health insurance, or HRIS or relevant fields.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
Exceptional stakeholder management abilities, with experience in engaging and advising senior-level sponsors.
Strong project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage complex programs from initiation to completion.
Native-level proficiency in English and Chinese (Mandarin preferred), both written and verbal.
Proficient in using Figma, Hubspot, G-Suite, and Google Slides for creating presentations and marketing materials.
A passion for employee well-being and a deep understanding of the importance of wellness in the corporate environment.
