As the Head of User Growth, you'll lead a newly established team in performance marketing, gamification, CRM, operations, and content to drive sustainable growth for Elfie's mobile app on a global basis.

  • A permanent global contract, with fiercely competitive salary

  • Define and oversee the execution of Elfie's global mobile application User Growth strategy in line with expansion objectives

  • Lead and manage grow our newly established User Growth team, including user acquisition, engagement, content, and gamification 

  • Leverage data to priorities the right projects, and to optimize user growth strategies accordingly

  • Develop and manage the growth marketing budget, allocating resources efficiently to maximize return on investment

  • Analyze user data and behavioral patterns to identify opportunities for enhancing acquisition and retention

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align growth initiatives with business objectives


  • 10+ years of experience in leading strategic growth marketing efforts for mobile apps.

  • Proven track record of driving sustainable user growth and engagement.

  • Fluent in English with strong communication and collaboration skills.

  • Expertise in data analysis and performance marketing.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

Elfie is the first completely free, gamified mobile app that rewards users for monitoring their health. Our vision is to become the world's largest self-reported medical record platform, supporting all therapeutic areas in a single, gamified, and free app for maximum impact.

We have a footprint in 7 countries (Brazil, France, United Kingdom, Turkey, Egypt, Hong Kong, Singapore and Vietnam), growing to 12 by the end of 2024 and 25 by the end of 2025.

How do we monetize?

We have 2 independent yet synergic business models:

1) Pharmaceutical companies: Elfie free application is sponsored by pharmaceutical companies, who need to drive treatment adherence and access anonymized real-world data. Pharmaceutical companies cover our company operational costs and the promotion of the application.

2) Insurers and employers: Elfie premium version (aka ElfieWorks) is an employee health program sponsored by employers and insurers. These companies need employees to stay in good health and engaged to increase productivity and keep ever-increasing healthcare costs under control.  ElfieWorks is designed and distributed in partnership with a global insurance broker and partner insurers.
