ABOUT THE ROLE

You will be joining our team to handle strategic brand partnerships, optimize localized content, ensure content resonates with Vietnamese users, improve operational efficiency, and maintain efficient project tracking. The Project Coordinator plays a crucial role in Elfie's goal of leading globally in digitalizing chronic disease management. Their focus on users and dedication to excellence drive Elfie's positive impact on health outcomes.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive reward brand partnership strategy in alignment with company objectives, including negotiating and executing partnership agreements.

  • Manage existing partner relationships effectively to maximize value creation and identify new partnership opportunities by staying informed about industry trends and competitor activities.

  • Collaborate with pharma and non-pharma partners for user activation activities to enhance acquisition and retention efforts.

  • Collaborate with the global team to launch new digital channels, ensure accurate localization of content, and optimize content to meet local customer needs and drive interaction with users.

  • Enhance operational efficiency by establishing metrics for key projects, updating team progress, maintaining a knowledge management system, and providing support for project documentation and file management.



WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the healthcare sector with prior exposure to pharmaceutical companies ways of working

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a healthcare-related field.

  • Understanding of rules and regulations governing pharmaceutical and healthcare in Vietnam.

  • Ability to build strong networks and forge strategic partnerships within the health and wellness industry 

  • Stakeholder management, interpersonal skills, project coordination abilities, commitment to deadlines

  • Fluent in both written and spoken English and Vietnamese.
