Join us as our Program Manager! In this role, you will oversee the strategic execution of our initiatives aimed at maximizing user engagement and health impact. This role involves a deep understanding of both business and user requirements, as well as the competitive landscape. The Program Manager will assess current program performance, identify gaps, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to prioritize development efforts

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Full accountability for program performance:
Understand business requirements, user requirements, competitive landscape
Assess current program performance and gaps
Coordinate with the user growth team to meet acquisition and retention targets.
Coordinate with product design & operation team to prioritize backlog
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
Strong Product Management experience
Solid experience in competitive intelligence for mobile app design: app feature benchmarking and UI/UX design comparison
Demonstrable experience conducting user and stakeholders’ interviews in English (other languages a plus)
Demonstrable experience familiarity with mobile analytics research tools (e.g., Mixpanel, GA, Amplitude, UXCam…), survey tools (e.g., SurveyMonkey, Qualtrics), and usability testing tools (e.g., UserTesting, Lookback, Maze)
Familiarity with health, wellness, fitness applications for end-users is a strong plus
Strong communication skills in flawless English to analyze, summarize and present qualitative and quantitative finds.
