Responsibilities
Work as a QC Engineer who contributes in animating and developing a high culture of quality;
Read and analyze the requirements, interact with the rest of the team (UI/UX, PO, DEV, etc.) to collaborate and understand precisely the project requirements;
Define the Test Plans/Test Strategies and Test Cases (recommend the targeted progressive distribution between automated tests and manual tests);
Prepare the test environments accordingly (including test data sets);
Perform both automated and manual testing on our Mobile apps, Web interface and API/BE;
Perform most of the Testing types including Functional tests, Layout/UI tests, Content checking, and Non-functional tests (Usability, Compatibility, Performance test, basic Security test, etc.)
Report bugs, test results, and transparent quality status/testing progress to the team
Perform Test evaluation and make a quality reports for each delivery (with a GO/NO GO recommendation)
Provide relevant test checklists/test cases to developers to do self-testing before releasing builds to the QC team
Experience & expertise:
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in both manual testing and automation for Mobile, API/BE, and Web (related technologies: Flutter and NodeJS)
Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in Mobile testing
Minimum 1+ year of hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and executing Test automation using: Programming tools like Selenium, Appium, Testmo
Strong Testing processes, methodologies, and techniques
Used to analyzing, and breaking down Functional and Non-functional requirements
Hands-on experience in manipulating databases, and in using tools such as AWS Device Farm
Hands-on experience with a Bug tracking system and Test Management tools

Good problem solving and critical thinking skills
Positive communication style in both Vietnamese and English (minimum level: Intermediate)
