Health self-monitoring is boring. Everybody is aware of that. Hypertension is the leading global cause of preventable premature mortality. Not everybody is aware of that. To address these problems, we've built Elfie. A mobile application which leverages gamification to reward chronic disease users for regular self-monitoring and improve global health outcomes. We're expanding, and we need to build more exciting features to ensure our users remain engaged in getting healthier. That's where you come in. As Director fo Mobile CRM & Engagement at Elfie, you will manage our build and execute innovative engagement strategies in the Elfie app.

  • Deliver top 1% user engagement performance against company and industry KPIs by leveraging all communication channels and in-app content strategy.

  • Build and manage a strong performance-driven team of mobile engagement specialists to deliver on the role KPIs: 

    • Gamification specialists: sourcing and implementing exciting rewards (gift vouchers, technology and more)

    • CRM specialists: user segmentation and multi-channel communication leveraging latest technology

    • Content specialists: digital assets (image, photo, 3D illustration, videos…) and content (copyrighting, global translation)

  • Develop and continuously refine Elfie's engagement strategy with gamification, personalized communications, and content, integrating with app features and user acquisition efforts

  • Analyze user data to enhance engagement and loyalty, creating actionable strategies for gamification and retention

  •  Execute personalized communication strategies through in-app messaging, push notifications, and email campaigns to connect with users

  • Manage the distribution of engaging, user-centric content (e.g., articles, videos, challenges) that educates, inspires, and motivates Elfie's patient community


  • 4+ years of experience in leading successful mobile application engagement strategies, preferably in a start-up, in either the healthcare, wellness, or consumer technology industries

  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, leadership, and team motivation for high-performing cross-functional teams

  • Demonstrated expertise in gamification-related Growth Marketing at a senior, strategic level

  • Business level proficiency in English, written and spoken

  • Ideally, a bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or related field.
